Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, adjust, and test mechanical and electrical components (e.g., suspension systems, brake modules, lighting kits) onto tricycle motorcycles.
- Inspect assembled parts for functionality, safety, and alignment with manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve fitting issues or part malfunctions during assembly.
- Manage parts inventory, report shortages, and maintain assembly workspace organization.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices throughout the assembly process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in motorcycle repair, maintenance, or assembly (tricycle experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using hand/power tools (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and interpreting technical manuals/diagrams.
- Understanding of motorcycle mechanics (engine systems, drivetrains, electrical circuits) and aftermarket parts compatibility.
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous quality-checking aptitude with zero tolerance for errors.
- Ability to lift 25 kg+ and work in a warehouse environment.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse and logistics staff.
- Mandarin(First Considered), Basic English proficiency (verbal/written).
