Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Designing/Drafting Shop Drawings, As Built drawings for ELV and Building Management System (BMS) for Projects related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Airport projects, Metro projects, all projects assigned.
- Drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers/grill sizing, etc. and plumbing, drainage and firefighting layouts.
- AutoCAD drafting of electrical works such as house wiring, inverter power system, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of as-built drawings, for all projects assigned.
Requirements:
- The ideal Candidate should have exposure to working with MEP/Electrical services
- Minimum 2 years Experience in AutoCAD designs
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
- Ability to use other design applications such as CorelDRAW. Photoshop, etc, will be an added advantage.
- Minimum National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other related Courses.
