Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets in the equipment leasing market.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans that align with sales and business development goals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, follow-up, and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify and analyze potential clients and market trends.
  • Promote and present the company's equipment leasing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across all client touchpoints.
  • Track and evaluate marketing activities to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and basic industry developments to provide insights.
  • Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build visibility.
  • Keep accurate records of marketing activities, prospects, and client interactions using the CRM system.
  • Provide input and feedback to support the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the service or B2B sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and initiatives.
