Grace Smart Shelters is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to fuel strategic growth, secure high-value partnerships, and expand our footprint across prime real estate markets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities in land and property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead negotiations and structure profitable deals.
- Track market trends and provide insights for competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Confident communicator with executive presence.
- Target-driven with a passion for closing deals.
- A deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market is an advantage.
- Minimum OND.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
