Marketing Executive
Job summary
A Marketing Executive for a Mobile Clinic Van is responsible for driving patient engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering community partnerships to ensure high utilization of the mobile health services. This role combines field-based, on-the-ground marketing with digital outreach to reach underserved or specific populations.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target communities to establish, build, and maintain partnerships with local organizations, leaders, and referral sources.
- Organize and execute community health fairs, screening camps, and promotional activities.
- Generate and develop new patient leads through in-person visits, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and distribute engaging, relevant, and accurate health marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, posters, and digital content.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance community engagement, promote services, and share patient success stories.
- Monitor community needs, analyze trends, and evaluate competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., patient footfall, referral rates), manage budgets, and ensure all activities comply with health regulations and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure consistent messaging and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or with community-focused services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management, email, Google Analytics), and CRM software.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations and work flexible hours.
- A passion for healthcare and a commitment to promoting quality, accessible patient care.
- Ability to travel regularly to remote areas and stand for extended periods at events.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry marketing materials and equipment (approx. 30-50 lbs).
