The Marketing Executive will drive cinema attendance, partnerships, and revenue through innovative campaigns, community engagement, and digital marketing. This role focuses on growing brand visibility, increasing ticket and concession sales, and securing collaborations that expand the Cinema's footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for all film releases, special screenings, and events.
- Build relationships with schools, corporate organisations, hotels, and community groups for bulk or group ticket sales.
- Manage cinema social media pages, ensuring consistent content, engagement, and growth.
- Coordinate brand activations, fan events, and influencer partnerships to promote upcoming films.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and report weekly.
- Work with operations to ensure promotional materials (posters, banners, trailers) are properly displayed and current.
- Support the sales team with promotional offers, loyalty programs, and cross-promotions.
- Create and maintain a local database of customers and partners for remarketing efforts.
- Execute grassroots marketing in surrounding areas to drive awareness and walk-ins.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, analytics).
- Passion for cinema, entertainment, and audience engagement.
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- Ticket Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for ticket revenue increase (10–15% growth).
- Partnerships & Bulk Sales: Secure 4–6 group or corporate bookings monthly.
- Campaign Execution: Run at least two in-house or digital campaigns per major film title per month.
- Brand Visibility: Increase social media followers and engagement by 20% quarterly.
- ROI on Marketing Spend: Ensure positive return on all campaigns tied to measurable ticket/concession sales.
- Reporting & Accountability: Submit weekly marketing reports on activities, spend, and performance.
Location: Lagos Island (with potential travel to other cinema locations)
Remuneration: NGN 222,500 Net, 250,000 Gross
