Marketing & Brand Communications Rep

Responsibilities:

• Brand Positioning: Figuring out exactly how to make Tasha Energy the first choice for our target audience.
• Offline & Online Campaigns: Planning activations, flyers, and events while making sure our digital presence is on point.
• Content Oversight: Working with the creative team to make sure every post, video, and billboard reflects our brand's quality.
• Market Research: Going out to talk to customers. Understanding what Abuja residents actually need when it comes to energy solutions.
• Partnerships: Identifying other brands or influencers in the city we should be working with to grow our reach.

Requirements:

• Abuja Resident: This is strictly for those currently on the ground in Abuja. You need to know the city’s pulse to market to it effectively.
• The "Big Picture" Person: You understand how marketing leads to sales. You don't just care about "likes"; you care about brand equity and growth.
• Excellent Communicator: You can write a professional press release in the morning and a catchy radio jingle in the afternoon.
• Creative & Analytical: You have great "vibes," but you also back your decisions with data and logic.
• Industry Savvy: Experience in the energy or power sector is a huge advantage, but a proven track record in marketing is what matters most.
