Field Marketing & Sales Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive who will drive product distribution, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. This role involves going out daily with the company van to supply products, build relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure consistent market presence.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accompany the company van on daily distribution routes to deliver products to existing customers
- Actively identify and onboard new customers (retailers, wholesalers, and other partners)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Promote products directly in the market and educate customers on value and usage
- Monitor stock levels with customers and ensure timely restocking
- Collect orders, process payments, and keep accurate records of transactions
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products at customer locations
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient supply and delivery
- Meet and exceed the assigned sales target
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
