Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our company's facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities remain in excellent condition through regular maintenance and effective management of a team of technicians.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance processes and operations.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and procedures to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Inspect buildings and systems to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or code violations.
- Maintain all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and ensure swift resolution.
- Manage relationships and contracts with service providers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulatory standards, including environmental regulations, fire safety, and security systems.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare cost reports.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, warranties, and repairs.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of in-house technicians and maintenance staff.
- Recommend improvements in infrastructure, energy usage, and maintenance practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly preferred.
- Coren certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in estate/facility management or a similar property-based role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-building properties, including residential estates and commercial complexes.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and access control systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning tools and computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience I supervising technical teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and standards.
- Proficient in developing and managing maintenance budgets and cost control measures.
- Capable of forecasting maintenance needs and preparing long-term facility maintenance plans.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Availability for on-call duties and emergencies outside regular working hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with facility management software is a plus.
