Lead Product/Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architect scalable solutions, make technical decisions, conduct code reviews.
• Lead the development of intuitive user interfaces using React.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality API solutions using .NET C#.
• Work within cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for deployment and management.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Create, maintain, and iterate on software documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on software projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate development efforts.
• Act as a technical resource, providing insights on emerging technologies.
• Develop data-centric applications and modules using C# .NET.
• Engage in tier 2 technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
• Master unit and end-to-end testing, implement CI/CD pipelines and conduct performance profiling.
• Work closely with product, design, and other teams.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development roles
• Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment, preferably as a technical lead or senior
• Experience with email and marketing technology
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performance web applications
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
