Our client, a fast-growing architectural design firm, is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Architect/Design Director to lead projects, manage design teams, and drive the creative and technical direction of the firm.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence.
- Mentor and manage design teams for creativity and efficiency.
- Oversee client engagements — from design presentations to final approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve all technical drawings, models, and documentation.
- Maintain and enforce design standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Report directly to the Founder/Director, ensuring business and design goals align.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience, including leadership or management roles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and attention to detail.
