Looking for an IT Tech Support Specialist to monitor & manage cloud based network infrastructure. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and clients alike, by attending to configuration needs, providing feedback, documentation & information.

- Monitor and manage cloud-based network infrastructure, troubleshoot, and provide required support.
- Respond to escalated customer support cases in a timely fashion.
- Provide hardware/software configuration support to field teams.
- Manage online help desk.
- Monitor the field team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Keen attention to detail
