IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare slot machines for shipment by installing software updates, configuring settings, and ensuring compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of machine numbers, site names & addresses and promptly forward to Poland for Back Office documentation.
• Install slot machines at Partner locations,
• Prompt retrieval of slot machines ensuring all equipment is accounted for and securely transported.
• Manage the warehousing of slot machines, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with slot machines, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems to ensure minimal downtime.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in slot machine technology.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a field technical support role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting is required.
• Candidate must be willing to travel most of the time.
• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance is required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.- Lifting Equipment Available)
