Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management – Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Technical Support – Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- System Administration – Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications to support business operations.
- Network Management – Monitor and manage the company’s network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- IT Project Management – Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
- Cybersecurity – Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization's digital assets and prevent data breaches.
- Data Protection – Ensure data backup, recovery, and compliance with data protection regulations to safeguard organizational information.
- User Training and Support – Deliver training sessions and ongoing IT support to employees to enhance technology adoption and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience is an higher institution
