Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff (hardware & software issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems
- Assist in managing IT inventory and equipment
- Support data backup and security procedures
- Maintain documentation of IT processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
