Responsibilities:
- Represent Praxler in outreach to universities, medical schools, student associations, and relevant professional bodies.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutions and organisations whose members may benefit from Praxler programmes.
- Introduce Praxler’s offerings through presentations, information sessions, and organised outreach initiatives.
- Travel to universities, conferences, or relevant events where appropriate to represent Praxler and build institutional relationships.
- Identify and develop opportunities for partnerships, campus engagement, and programme promotion.
- Maintain organised records of outreach activities, institutional contacts, and resulting enrolments.
- Work closely with the Praxler team to refine outreach strategies and institutional engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence representing an organisation externally.
- Ability to build relationships with institutions, student groups, and professional bodies.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage outreach activities and follow-ups.
- Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, and basic digital tools.
- Open to university students, preferably medical students, as well as NYSC members.
- Willingness to travel when required for institutional outreach or events.
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly salary with an additional high-performance-based bonus structure of up to 100% of base salary, depending on measurable outcomes such as successful institutional partnerships and enrolments.
- Flexible working structure with remote opportunities.
- Travel expenses are covered for approved outreach activities and events.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
