In-House Tehnician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on in-house equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Respond to technical support requests from staff and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
• Install and configure equipment, tools, and systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all technical operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their technical needs.
• Monitor the performance of systems and recommend improvements or upgrades when necessary.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and technical supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on proper use and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, IT, etc.).
• Technical certification or diploma in a related discipline; a degree is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and support tasks.

Work Environment: 

• On-site role within the company premises.
• May involve standing, lifting, or working in various physical conditions.
• Occasional extended hours or weekend work if needed for urgent support or maintenance.
