Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR representative to join our team

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies,
  • Following up with current employees, assisting the HR manager with administrative tasks, and writing reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in HR generalist role
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM, SHRM, PHRi) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
