Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the lounge attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labor laws and align with company values.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and productivity.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support in performance management.
- Organize team-building activities and events to promote a cohesive team spirit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resource role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
