As a Mid-Level HR Officer, you will be a key player in our Human Resources team, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies. This role involves managing various aspects of HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement and support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • HR Policies: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures, and keep abreast of relevant labor laws.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with providers to ensure effective delivery.
  • HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI) is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • People Management Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
