Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Minimum of HND academic qualification
- HR certifications are a plus.
Location: Enugu
Work Type: Full-time, Hybrid Position.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 700,000 based on experience and qualifications.
