Job Overview/Summary: Under the coaching and supervision of HR Officer, the HRintern will providenecessary support toMaiduguri theHR team.
MajorResponsibilities:
Human Resources
AssistwithonboardingandorientationofnewhiresinMaidugurifieldoffice. Documentationofnewhiresandfilemanagement Supportwithtrackingofleave,timesheetandexitdocuments. SupportwithScanningdocumentsandupdatingtheonline staffdatabase. SupportwithFiling, labellingofallfiles accordinglyofhardcopiesofstaffdocuments. SupportwithcompilationofHealthInsurance andLifeInsuranceDocumentsforMaiduguristaffAdministration
Support inthesupervisionofcooks and cleaners Assistincoordinating booking andtracking oftravels and accommodationaswell &documentation of paymentdocuments. Assistinfollowingupwithimmigrationandrelatedstatutoryagenciesforstaffworkingand traveling permit.KeyWorkingRelationships:
