Job Summary

We seek to hire an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern that would provide quality HR Compliance and administrative support to the HR team clients and teammates, An Intern who would prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Updating HR Database such as the JPMS and HRPMS
  • Assisting the HR Manager in gathering market salary information
  • Schedule and confirm interview with candidates
  • Review and Distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR Policies, Employee benefits and other HR - related matters
  • Responsible for other responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR Manager


Education and Experience

  • BSc Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
  • One year experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or related position
  • CIPM Certification or training.


Working Condition:

  • Mondays - Fridays


Work Tools:
 Computer/Laptop

  • Hybrid role

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 70,000
