Job Description/Requirements


Global Recruitment Strategies:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit candidates globally, encompassing both diaspora and local talent.
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify potential candidates across international markets.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with WorkstaGram.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication, where good communication skills with an American or British accent are highly valued.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and expectations on both the international and local fronts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on global recruitment strategies.

Onboarding Process:

  • Design and implement an effective onboarding process for hires from diverse geographical backgrounds, ensuring a smooth transition into WorkstaGram.
  • Coordinate with various departments to deliver comprehensive onboarding programs.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations for both international and local hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and onboarding processes.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze recruitment and onboarding data on a global scale to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment for all.

Technology Utilization:

  • Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline global recruitment processes and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in HR analytics.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding, with an emphasis on global and diaspora recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to diverse global and local markets.

Additional Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a bonus for a proficient American or British accent. Clear and articulate communication is crucial for engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Performance Review and Remuneration: Remuneration is subject to review after the first 3 months on the job, depending on performance, achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the quality of candidates recruited. Bonuses are added per active and performing candidates, providing additional incentives for outstanding contributions.
