Responsibilities:
- Create precise paper patterns for every design (Geometry over guesswork)
- Teach Assistant Tailors the specific "brand" seam and finishing techniques.
- Be the only person authorised to use the cutting machines to minimise waste.
- Ensure Zero Waste cutting layouts.
Requirements:
- Must pass the "Pattern Test": You must demonstrate the ability to draft a pattern on paper before cutting fabric.
- Proficiency in cutting complex garments (Suits, Agbada, and Structured/Stretchy Hoodies) in an advantage.
