Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company executives, staff, clients, and authorized passengers to designated locations.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly and comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper presentation of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure the vehicle has valid documentation, including insurance, vehicle licence, and other required permits.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other authorized items when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers, company activities, and sensitive information.
- Report accidents, mechanical faults, traffic incidents, and other vehicle-related issues promptly.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely when not in use.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times.
- Run official errands and perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management
