The Head of Corporate and Emerging Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across various corporate support functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that administrative, human resources, facilities, and communication services align with the company’s objectives, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate services strategies with organizational goals, with an emphasis on integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives.
  • Manage administrative functions, facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Design and implement internal and external communication strategies to promote transparency and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Lead the adoption of digital tools and process automation in HR, procurement, and administration to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to support talent development and service delivery.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate services, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both legal and human resources functions is essential.
  • Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) and Compliance & Risk Management are desirable.
  • Membership in international compliance or HR associations is an advantage.
  • Strategic leadership and stakeholder management In-depth understanding of governance HR and legal frameworks
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise business tools
