Role Overview:

We are hiring a Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth engine at

Joveo — identifying the highest-leverage levers across acquisition,

activation, and retention, and running the experiments that move them.

You will work at the intersection of product, data, and marketing to

compound growth systematically.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across the funnel — acquisition to retention

- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with rigorous statistical methodology

- Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and cohort metrics to surface growth opportunities

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives

- Build growth reporting frameworks and maintain a clear view of funnel performance

- Develop and scale growth channels — SEO, referral, lifecycle email, product-led growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a growth, product growth, or growth marketing role at a tech company

- Strong analytical skills — SQL, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel proficiency

- Experience designing, running, and interpreting growth experiments at scale

- Familiarity with both product-led and marketing-led growth strategies

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams

- Creative problem solver with a bias toward action and rapid iteration
