The Global Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our global HR strategies. This role involves managing international recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with foreign labor laws, facilitating cross-cultural training, and handling international employee relations.

- Manage global recruitment processes, understanding and adhering to labor laws and hiring practices in different countries.
- Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for international employment queries, including visa sponsorship and relocation.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with foreign regulations regarding employment and workplace policies.
- Facilitate cross-cultural training and global team integration.
- Manage international employee relations and retention programs.
- Analyze global HR trends to recommend practices and policies that meet diverse workforce needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline global HR operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in global HR management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with international labor laws and global hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in cross-cultural communication.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Fluency in more than one language would be an asset
