Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Dispatch Assistant to support its order delivery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for packing orders accurately, coordinating dispatch logistics, tracking deliveries, and resolving any delivery-related issues. The ideal candidate must be organized, punctual, and possess strong communication and digital skills to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate dispatch with delivery partners or in-house dispatch riders.
- Track deliveries to ensure timely and successful order fulfillment.
- Handle logistics-related issues professionally, including failed deliveries or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches and returns.
- Communicate with customers or delivery agents when necessary to resolve delivery concerns.
- Ensure the storage area is tidy and organized for optimal efficiency.
Requirements:
- OND qualification.
- Female, aged 23–25 years.
- Must reside within Ajah, Lagos.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literate and able to use basic office and tracking software.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in logistics or dispatch operations is an added advantage.
