Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, handle inquiries, and manage reservations.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
