Job Summary
We are looking to hire a highly motivated front desk officer with good interpersonal skills who would be responsible for office management duties and help the MD with clerical duties.

Job Description/Requirements
- Responsible for office management duties.
- Help the Managing Director with clerical duties.
- Answers phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Guides guests and issues guest badges.
- Files documents and maintains schedules
- Responds to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Excellent interpersonal skills plus social media fluency.
- Paper certificate is not a major factor as premium is placed on hands-on competency.
- Secretarial experience is an advantage.
- Amiable and self-motivated.
- Good Computer and social media marketing experience.
- An excellent hang of Microsoft Office suites like excel, word, and PowerPoint.
Location: Must be living around Ojodu/Berger axis
