Future Moves Recruitment Agency is seeking an experience front desk manager to join our client team. As the Front Desk Manager of our salon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth salon operations. You will oversee front desk activities, manage customer bookings, address client concerns.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Satisfaction
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide information about salon services and prices.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and to their satisfaction.
  • Implement loyalty programs and referral systems to retain customers
  • Seek feedback from clients and use it to enhance services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and promote repeat business


Salon Operations:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon to ensure it is always spotless.
  • Ensure salon equipment is maintained to the highest standard
  • Communicate malfunctioning equipment to the operations manager promptly.
  • Ensure all salon services meet high-quality standards.


Appointment Scheduling and Management:

  • Manage appointment scheduling and optimize resource utilization
  • Take customer bookings and manage appointments effectively
  • Confirm customer bookings and follow up with clients on previous appointments.
  • Maintain client records in Timely or similar software.
  • Transfer information from consultation forms to client profiles.


Promotions and Business Growth:

  • Develop and share promotional ideas for services and products.
  • Look out for strategic opportunities to grow the business.
  • Maintain awareness of all services offered and their prices to manage customer expectations


Communication and Coordination:

  • Manage telephone lines and handle customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with the operations manager on facility-related issues.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to ensure smooth salon operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn fast – Strong service knowledge is essential
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (e.g., Timely).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Knowledge of salon services and prices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
