Job Summary

As a Front Desk Officer with social media abilities, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for managing front desk operations and creating engaging content for our social media platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and in promoting our brand online.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and managing appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in social media or marketing are a plus.
