Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase branch sales using French language.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on prospects and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Promote products through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels.
- Organize branch promotions, discounts, and sales events.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Manage customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate with installers, logistics, and operations (especially in industries like flooring, interior decor, etc.).
