About the role

What youâll get to do

Work with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements Design and develop data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes to support BI initiatives Extract data from various sources, transform and load data into a data warehouse or data lake Develop and maintain data pipelines using tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Azure Data Factory (ADF) Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau Develop complex calculations and measures to support reporting and analysis Oversee CRM automation
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, and accuracy Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the data architecture aligns with organizational standards and policies Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies and recommend enhancements to the BI platform

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong experience in developing BI solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts Experience with ETL processes and tools like SSIS or ADF Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling Overall, a BI personnel plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization's data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and tools necessary for business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
