Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer is responsible to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and installation of micro turbines, switch gear and other gas turbine auxiliary equipment. The local operation and maintenance of gas turbines and gas engines at client sites.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record operating data and analyze data for trends and troubleshooting
- Fully supports the use of a computerized maintenance management system by displaying a proficiency in using the system and dedication to facility maintenance philosophy
- Visually inspects and listens to equipment to assist in determining the need for repair or adjustment
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment by cleaning, adjusting, tightening, and performing preventative or corrective maintenance.
- Identifying equipment in need of corrective maintenance.
- Writes and submits corrective work orders for approval
- Reads, understands, and complies with all facility safety and regulatory procedures
- Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions
- Performs operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment
- Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions
- Uses manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including test software,
- Any other assigned responsibilities as the organization’s need demands.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
- BSc. Degree in Engineering
