Field Sales Representative
Job summary
We are looking for smart, confident, and persuasive individuals who can engage business owners, explain the value of our product, and successfully onboard them onto the platform. You will be responsible for physically visiting Service Providers, pitching the product, onboarding them to the platform, and ensuring their profiles are properly set up.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach service providers within assigned areas
- Present product value proposition clearly and confidently
- Onboard vendors on the platform (on-the-spot onboarding)
- Collect necessary documentation and business details
- Educate vendors on how the platform works
- Ensure vendor profiles are complete and optimized
- Track daily outreach and onboarding metrics
- Meet weekly onboarding target
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with field work
- Tech-savvy (able to use phone/tablet for onboarding)
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Prior marketplace or tech experience is a bonus
