Job summary
The Field Officer will drive awareness, adoption, and participation in the Community Shield initiative by engaging estates, community leaders, residents’ associations, and local stakeholders. The role blends grassroots marketing, relationship management, and field activation.

Responsibilities:
- Promote the Community Shield initiative within estates, neighborhoods, and community groups.
- Engage community leaders (chairmen, CDA executives, landlords, security heads) to secure buy-in and partnerships.
- Conduct door-to-door, estate-to-estate, and community activation campaigns.
- Organize and attend community meetings, sensitization sessions, and outreach events.
- Register communities and residents on the Community Shield platform/program.
- Collect feedback, concerns, and insights from communities and report to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders.
- Support retention by ensuring continuous engagement and education of enrolled communities.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with estate associations and community structures (an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and at least one local language.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of communities onboarded monthly
- Number of residents registered or activated
- Community retention and participation rate
- Quality of stakeholder relationships established
- Outreach and engagement reports submitted
