Job Summary
We are looking for a field network engineer to support corporate customers on-site and remotely. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer networks, including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, email, and internet connectivity. The engineer must be hands-on and available for urgent site visits.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support to corporate clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Troubleshoot network issues such as:
- Internet and website reachability
- Email access and delivery
- VPN connectivity (site-to-site and remote access)
- Design and implement LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Conduct network and wireless site surveys.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, trunks, and VPNs.
- Assess customer environments and provide technical recommendations.
- Respond promptly to faults and urgent site calls to meet SLA requirements.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or telecommunications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and ICT infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networks and servers.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- CCNA
- Sophos Certification
- MikroTik Certification
- Routing and switching.
- VLANs, trunking, and VPNs.
- MikroTik, Sophos, and other firewalls/UTMs.
- Network design and basic consultancy.
- Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions (UniFi, Huawei, Ruijie).
