Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate physically within designated government hospitals in Nigeria.
- Engage with patients in waiting areas, outpatient departments (OPD), and emergency queues.
- Pitch Tele-Ecare as the faster alternative to waiting for an unavailable doctor.
- Onboard patients onto our system via mobile registration.
- Meet and exceed weekly patient enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- You have thick skin; rejection doesn't faze you.
- You are street smart and can navigate hospital bureaucracy.
- You have high emotional intelligence. You know when a patient is in pain vs just impatient.
- You speak fluently to connect with diverse patients.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, insurance, or hospital marketing is a bonus, but attitude matters more than experience.
