Field Marketing & Awareness Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Field Marketing & Awareness Representative to promote our recruitment services directly to small businesses. This role involves visiting local shops, offices, and service providers, sharing our company flyers, and explaining how our services can help them find the right staff. In addition, the representative will play a key role in raising awareness of upcoming company projects and initiatives, ensuring businesses stay informed about new opportunities we provide.

Responsibilities:
- Distribute company flyers to small businesses in designated areas
- Engage business owners and managers in friendly, professional conversations about our recruitment services
- Build awareness of our brand and generate interest in our offerings
- Promote and create awareness for upcoming company projects and initiatives
- Report feedback and insights from businesses to the management team
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with local business areas is an advantage
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is desirable but not essential
