Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that buildings, equipment, and utilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supervise vendors and contractors handling repairs and maintenance services
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards through regular inspections and compliance checks.
- Manage office spaces and assets, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules,
- Coordinates daily facility operations such as cleaning, security, waste disposal, and utilities.
- Monitor facility-related budgets to ensure cost efficiency, responds promptly to facility issues or emergencies.
- Keep accurate documentation and reports on all maintenance activities and service records.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
