Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO overseeing multiple SMEs, including a furniture weaving workshop, farm, garden, and other ventures. The position involves extensive travel and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless operations across unique ventures.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Support manager directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel arrangements, research tasks, answering calls, etc.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, efficiently running errands and supervising tasks such as supply pickups, inventory inspections, overseeing trade workers and product deliveries.
  • Administrative support: handling correspondence, record-keeping, drafting documents such as proposals, training manuals and reports; sorting, analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, representing the CEO's interests and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with resource management tasks: vendor selection, contracting, performance monitoring, and relationship management.


  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Disciplined, and able to withstand rigour.
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate challenges and evolving priorities.
  • Experience interacting with high-profile clients and executives.
  • At least 3 years experience as an executive assistant or operations manager supporting C-suite executives.
  • Available to start immediately, mobile and open to travel.
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a bank or other structured organization.
  • Interest in agriculture, furniture making, or landscaping
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, travel management tools, and document management systems.
