Job Summary

Our client, a law firm is a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to them. She will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of the firm by rending secretariat tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and legal professionals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and other stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports on various legal and business topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with managing legal files, documents, and records, maintaining proper organization and confidentiality.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements for legal team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in representing the law firm in all interactions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and legal matters.


Remuneration: N140,000 - 150,000
