Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preliminary investigative work including site/property search and feasibility studies
- Project scoping, business cases, site/property evaluation, valuation, and Negotiation
- Marketing for lease new or vacant property
- The provision of valuation advice, including development appraisals and asset valuation advice
- Scoping and delivering strategic projects in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy at all stages of development or disposal
- Managing properties in the firm's portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BTech/BSc in Estate Management or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 monthly
