Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical and ELV system installations (e.g., CCTV, fire alarm, access control, data cabling, etc.).
• Ensure all electrical works (wiring, conduit, DB installation, lighting, etc.) are carried out according to approved drawings and safety standards.
• Allocate tasks and manage a team of electricians and technicians on-site.
• Read and interpret electrical/ELV drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site.
• Perform inspections and testing of installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Report project progress and challenges to the site/project manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other technical departments to resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) supervising electrical/ELV installations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ELV systems (CCTV, intercoms, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and ELV technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in electrical site work and supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Lagos or willing to work in Lagos.
