Electrical Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen trainee’s capabilities and techniques by building training plans, implementing, evaluating, and post-managing training courses.
• Improve repair capabilities through monitoring status.
• Build various courses and curricula to nurture service forces.
• Execute training by opening a training course, notifying training courses, preparing materials, managing classrooms, and managing training performances.
• Manage training operation system and develop a strategy to improve training processes.
• Manage low performers, re-training, assessing, and strengthening capability by operating a service training certificate system.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and a tight reporting schedule

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of  B.Sc. / B.Eng. / HND (Electrical Electronics Engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience, where 2 years is of hands-on training and facilitation experience/ presentation skills
• Experience with AC+DC drives, relay logic, PLC troubleshooting, and wiring terminations.
• Experience with circuit analysis and preventative maintenance techniques
