Job summary
Our client, a reputable financial management institution, is seeking to recruit strategic sales executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to resume immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients
- Promote and sell investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, etc.)
- Provide tailored financial advice based on client needs and risk profiles
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on financial markets, products, and competitor offerings
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records (including KYC)
- Collaborate with internal teams for product and strategy alignment
- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess an OND/HND, B.Sc. with a minimum of lower credit/second class lower from accredited institutions
- Effective communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Highly focused on quality and attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals
- Strong networking skills
- Motivation for sales and ability to convert individuals and corporates into customers
- Must have a strong understanding of the financial market
