Job summary

Our client, a reputable financial management institution, is seeking to recruit strategic sales executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to resume immediately.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients
  • Promote and sell investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, etc.)
  • Provide tailored financial advice based on client needs and risk profiles
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated on financial markets, products, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records (including KYC)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product and strategy alignment
  • Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential


Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess an OND/HND, B.Sc. with a minimum of lower credit/second class lower from accredited institutions
  • Effective communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Highly focused on quality and attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals
  • Strong networking skills
  • Motivation for sales and ability to convert individuals and corporates into customers
  • Must have a strong understanding of the financial market
