We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Digital Product Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and sales of digital products that cater specifically to institutions' needs. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value of our digital products to potential clients

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing strategies that target institutions and organizations, with a focus on showcasing how our digital products meet their specific needs.
  • In-Person Client Engagement: Conduct in-person visits and presentations to potential institutional clients, demonstrating the value and functionality of digital products tailored to their requirements.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, pursue, and generate leads from potential institutional clients. Qualify prospects and convert leads into successful sales or partnerships.
  • Product Education & Demonstration: Conduct product demos and provide detailed education on the digital product features and benefits, ensuring institutions understand how they will improve operations or solve key challenges.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the evolving needs of institutional clients. Use this information to continually refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback from the market and ensure the product evolves according to institutional needs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company’s digital products professionally and effectively, ensuring all marketing and client interactions align with our brand values.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the performance of digital product marketing efforts. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within institutions to foster long-term partnerships and ensure continued product adoption.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within the technology or education sector. Experience in marketing to institutional clients is a strong plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • In-Person Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage with institutional clients professionally, conduct effective in-person presentations, and close sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex digital products in an understandable and engaging way.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess client needs and match them to the appropriate digital product solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms to track performance and manage leads.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in pursuing new opportunities while managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and events as required.
